Kelly (Founder)

GIBBS, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

For over 20 years, Kelly has served the medical field as a Registered Nurse and, for more than 12 years, as an Advanced Injector. Kelly is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), a National Trainer, and a Speaker for Allergan Medical Institute. She is Nationally recognized on the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America list. Kelly has advanced knowledge and a signature skilled technique that keeps her patients looking refreshed and youthful with a natural appearance. She is an expert at facial balancing and a pioneer in the industry. Kelly has a previous career of saving lives and stamping out diseases
as a former level 1 Trauma Nurse and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit Nurse. Kellys’ dedication to keeping the world beautiful one face at a time for more than 12 years is what led her to found the first BeautyCo in Raleigh, NC. Kelly truly believes that everyone is beautiful and has dedicated her career to helping others keep their beauty within. Her desire to genuinely help people feel better through therapeutic and aesthetic treatments has led her to succeed in her career today.

Kelly follows the example of Dr. Zein Obagi, the world-renowned Cosmetic Dermatologist who, for more than 35 years, has pioneered advanced skincare solutions. Obagi’s research is focused on correcting and repairing the skin at the cellular level. Through her training with Dr. Obagi, Kelly established her business’s core philosophy – skin treatments shouldn’t simply provide a quick fix or a cover-up. Instead, the goal is to promote long-term,sustainable skinhealth. Kelly’s philosophy believes that each patient’s treatment plan is based on achieving healthy skin first. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Scotty Gibbs, a local hometown Veterinarian, their two children, Carter and Bella, and their three dogs

Dr. Roger Stewart Collins, MD

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Stewart Collins is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Raleigh, NC native. He graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a Master of Science degree from N.C. State University, and a medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine. Dr. Collins went on to train in General Surgery at the University of Virginia, where he became fascinated with the ability to improve someone’s self-image through surgery and completed a full plastic surgery fellowship at the Sutherland Institute at the Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City. In his last year at KU, Dr. Collins trained under a world-renowned staff and ran the Senior Fellow Cosmetic Clinic. Upon completing over 14 years of school and training, Dr. Collins moved back to his hometown of Raleigh, NC, where he began his private practice. He enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Leslie, and their 4 children.

Sydney Sharpe

DNP, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC

Sydney Sharpe is a Dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Greensboro, NC. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked in a Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit. Sydney knew early on that she wanted to pursue higher education by becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at East Carolina University. Sydney has completed certification courses with Aesthetic Medical Educators Training, Palette Resources, and the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She’s undergone rigorous one-on-one training with elite Allergan trainers Kelly Gibbs, Shelia Anderson, and more!

Sydney’s overall mission is to create a sense of confidence and empowerment in others to better their health, sense of self, and overall well-being and enhance their natural beauty. Sydney’s philosophy of medical aesthetics stems from the ‘look good, feel good’ mentality- when we feel our best, we project the best version of ourselves into every facet of our lives. When Sydney is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Levi. She loves music, traveling, yoga, snowboarding, and spending time on the water!

Jennifer Turner

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer Turner is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jennifer comes with extensive experience and training in different areas of medicine. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University of St. Louis and was invited to Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. Before aesthetics, she spent many years working at Duke as a trauma/emergency department nurse and an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner.

Her passion for aesthetic medicine led her to BeautyCo, which she is excited to call home. During her aesthetics training, she devoted herself to rigorous one-on-one training with elite Allergan trainers Kelly Gibbs, Shelia Anderson, Kevin Harrington, Andrea Cotton, and many more!

She enjoys bridging the relationship between patients and their aesthetic goals. Jennifer’s mission is to take a natural approach, creating a refreshed and rejuvenated version of yourself, not different. She has a deep passion for helping patients reach their aesthetic goals to be the best version of themselves. She feels an integrative approach to healing the body with complementary therapies can lead to true physical and mental wellness as well as helping the patient feel amazing on the outside.

When Jennifer is not at BeautyCo, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. She loves traveling, being anywhere near the ocean, and cooking.

Haley Nash

Aesthetician

Haley has been a licensed aesthetician for over 14 years and is passionate about corrective skincare and helping her clients achieve their skincare goals. She customizes each client’s treatment plan specific to their needs while educating them on steps to achieve optimal skin health, providing at-home skin care routine recommendations to work in harmony with her services for the best results. She is a master aesthetician who enjoys treating all skin types, whether it be anything from a facial for deep cleansing and relaxation to a medical treatment like MicroNeedling. However, she really shines when treating clients of all skin tones who struggle with mild or severe melasma, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, and acne. When not at The Beauty Co., Haley enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, and swimming.

Rachael Mixon

Aesthetician

Rachael is a highly experienced aesthetician with over 12 years of aesthetic experience. With a background in both a traditional day spa and clinical setting, she enjoys making result-oriented treatments a high-level enjoyable experience. She stays current on the latest technology regarding treatment modalities and medical-grade skin care. Rachael specializes in treating challenging skin concerns, including acne/acne scarring, stubborn hyperpigmentation, and Melasma. She is passionate about creating customized skin care and treatment plans for her clients to reach their goals and achieve the best skin of their lives!

Taylor Poythress

Business Manager

Taylor is a Raleigh native with 5+ years in customer service and has held an aesthetic license since 2015. Her passion for skincare and overall wellness, tied with years of elite customer service, has made her a great fit for our BeautyCo family. Taylor works hard each day to support the BeautyCo team in offering the latest technologies and production in the market to give you elevated treatment results for years to come. In her free time, Taylor enjoys exploring all of Raleigh’s unique hot spots, spending time with her son, and finding the newest juice recipes!

MJ Duvall

Patient Care Coordinator

Originally from Montreal, Canada, MJ received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Laval University and an associate degree in Graphic Design. MJ has over 20 years of customer service experience and over 15 years in management. MJ takes pride in ensuring that each client has the best experience possible and goes above and beyond in giving first-class service from when they walk into BeautyCo. to when they leave. In her free time, MJ loves spending time outdoors! Her motto in life is to “work hard, love hard, and live plentifully!” MJ spends time with her two children if she is not running marathons.

Sara Debrauwere

Patient Care Coordinator

Sara joined our team in January 2023 as one of our patient care coordinators. Sara also considers herself a Raleigh native even though she spent her early childhood in Florida and went back to National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida. Coming from a personal training career, Sara’s passion has always been health and wellness & growing the confidence of other individuals. Her transition into this industry has been seamless and her dedication to detail when helping our patients and providers is admirable. She is excited to grow her Aesthetics career and help patients find their confidence in the Aesthetics industry. In her free time Sara loves teaching group classes at Heat in Downtown Raleigh, hanging out with friends, family, Fiance, and her sidekick, a beautiful golden retriever, Indy.

Marketing Manager

Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Ovriona is an HBCU Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Throughout her experience with editorial internships and marketing coordination opportunities in New York, Ovriona continues to stay up to date with the latest trends in media, fresh ideas, and a passion for communications. Her love for the beauty industry and creativity is what brought her to BeautyCo. Ovriona continues to find the most efficient ways to create content. In her free time, she loves to watch movies, listen to the newest music, and continuously grow her education in communications.

Adrianna is a passionate and talented aesthetician who recently graduated from the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill. You may recognize her from the front desk, where she started her career with Beautyco as one of our amazing Patient Care Coordinators. Having previously helped clients, Adrianna is no stranger to the unique needs and concerns of people seeking skincare solutions. She takes pride in staying updated with the latest skincare trends and technologies and has a genuine passion for ensuring that her clients receive the highest quality of care. In her free time, she loves exploring downtown Raleigh with her dog, Remy, and finding new books to read!

Kaina Ramirez

Patient Care Coordinator

Kaina is our newest team member at BeautyCo Raleigh. Having over 5 years in customer service working in the medical field as a CNA. As a CNA, Kaina provided excellent care to her patients throughout the years as she’s always had a passion for making people feel good inside and out. In 2022, Kaina decided to pursue Aesthetics school at Mitchell’s Academy and is now a Licensed Aesthetician. She is eager to learn more about the medical aesthetics industry and indulges in her own love of skincare. In her free time, she enjoys listening and dancing to music, quality time with friends and family, nature, self-care, and horror movies.
