Refunds are not provided for services or packages, but a credit can be applied toward other services. If a patient moves out of state, a refund will be provided on unused service packages, less a 25% administrative fee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept product returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
*WE DO NOT GIVE CASH OR FULL REFUNDS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS.
*We will, however, provide a credit on your account for 50% of the product purchase value if returned in the first 7 days of the purchase date.
*You may exchange your returned product at 50% of the original value if returned within 7 days of purchase.
*We do not refund or accept any returns on products that have been damaged by the purchaser.
BeautyCo has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Appointments that are cancelled OR rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment start time are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Appointments can be cancelled via Patient Portal, phone, email or text message!
